I just finished this about 5 minutes ago and I figured I may as well post it now before I forget! This is the review for the 01/29/83 episode of WCCW. It was a pretty good episode that featured a lot of wrestling action, so check out the review!

American Dad Volume 6

I knew I'd be getting a DVD review done this week, I just didn't think I'd have it done so quickly! This is my first DVD in what seems like a long time, though I know I did Spider-Man 3 not too long ago. With all the WWE stuff to watch and with it being updated every month sometimes I think I don't do as many DVD reviews, and I still have a ton of them left to get done! I am trying to work on that this year, and I am trying to finish what I do have by the end of the year. Anyway, here's American Dad Volume 6, which collects all of Season 5. It's the first American Dad DVD review I've done since August of 2010 which seems like a long time ago. This had some stellar episodes and I urge you to check out the review!

WWE Coliseum Videos

I've got two WWE Coliseum Videos ready for you today, after a nice weekend off. I have Best of the WWE Vol. 3 and WWE World Tour 1992, both coming off the February content for WWEGreatestMatches.com. Both are pretty cool in their own right. I should have some more reviews posted this week (since I'm off) and I plan on having a DVD review up here by the end of the week, as well as the current WCCW, Raw and Superstars episodes.

WWE Raw 03/03/97

This was the special episode that was on the service this month in lieu of a PPV. This fits perfectly with February's foreign matches theme as this event took place in Germany. The March 3rd, 1997 episode of Raw was actually one of the better episodes I can remember seeing (in terms of wrestling) and is highlighted by the European Title match between Owen Hart and British Bulldog. I usually don't start off with the monthly matches but they were the first things updated and I just wanted to get them started. I would've had them done more quickly but work's been a bit busy. It'll be busy next week, too. Luckily I have a week off after that where I hope to clear out the rest of the monthly content - though with 14 episodes to watch instead of 9, it may not be as easily done as I think. Anyway, here's the link to February's theme - Passport to Pain! It's just a collection of internaitonal matches done all over the world!

I am also working on a DVD review that I hope to have finished by next week. It's been fun working on both the DVD and WWE reviews at the same time. I have such a back-log of DVD's to clear up that I've been working on them more than I normally would while going through the WWE Monthly Content.

Also, we had some fun things go on during the past few weeks. The Giants won the Super Bowl on my 30th birthday (go Giants!), Adele cleaned up at the Grammy's (I love Adele) and Paul McCartney's performance at the end (with Bruce, Dave Grohl and Joe Walsh) was awesome. I also noticed THREE American Idols taking big roles in the show, with Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood and Jennifer Hudson performing. I don't normally watch the Grammy's but I was hooked to most of this one (though I did catch Family Guy. American Dad will have to wait).

You know, I can't believe I actually got this done on time! I was a bit behind the 8-ball since I had a bunch of December matches to finish when the month (year) started but I somehow got through all the content and here it is, posted for all to enjoy. The theme for January 2012 was Viewer's Choice Month and looking at some of the choices I have to question the IQ of some of the people who voted! Actually, it wasn't all that bad. There were some good surprising matches on here and check out all that content! That is one place where WWE excels - they just put up tons of awesome material and this month we have matches going back to 1974! Now I take a few days rest before the February videos debut.

A Trio of WWE Coliseum Videos

Boy do I have a treat for you! I have links for not one, not two but THREE reviews for WWE Coliseum Videos of the past. The first one is one of the first Coliseum Videos ever released and is called Best of the WWE Vol. 1. This was on the WWEGreatestMatches.com service last month and I reviewed it before my vacation to California and as a result I never posted the review here. The second two videos were on the WWGM service this month and the first is the followup to Best of Vol. 1 named, appropriately enough, Best of the WWE Vol. 2. Both of these were from 1985. We fast-forward nine years to 1994 for the next released called Best of Bret Hart. It's not as good as the Hart DVD at all and probably was the worst of the three tapes for various reasons. Why don't you just check out the review to find out why!

Spider-Man 3

Well, the DVD review I was working on and mentioned a bunch here is finally finished and it is the review for Spider-Man 3! How many of you guessed that's the one I was working on? It was a DVD packed with extras and the extras helped the DVD out, especially since I thought the film was lacking. Enjoy reading it - I should have two wrestling reviews posted tomorrow if I remember (they are done, but I just need to post them!). Before I leave here's one quick fact - I finished the review for Spider-Man 2.1 (the most recent DVD before this) on July 18th, 2007, or 4 and a half years before finishing this one!

WCCW 01/22/83

Yeah, I don't have too much to add for this one. It's a review of the January 22nd, 1983 WCCW match. This focuses very heavily on the Freebirds/Von Erich feud. In terms of reviews I have to finish one PPV from the service (I'm halfway through it), two Coliseum Videos, and then the matches (14 of them - totaling about 5 hours) so I hope to have them all done by the end of the month. I've been working on a DVD review, too, that I can get done while playing video games, and it looks like I've got the majority of that out of the way so I hope that'll be done by the end of the month, too. Stay tuned!

WCW Saturday Night! 2 really short episodes!

Hey all! I have reviewed the most recent episodes of WCW Saturday Night that've been posted to the WWEGreatestMatches.com website. They are the June 22nd and June 29th, 1996 episodes. These were only an hour long and they've been hacked down to 19 and 29 minutes respectively. It affected the quality, big-time. so be forewarned.
