Gene Okerlund and Bobby Heenan are hosting the show, live from New York (Brooklyn no less). They show some of the sights of New York and Gene is on a mission to find the Manhatten Center, and Heenan will help him get there.
1st Match: Undertaker vs. Scott Zappa
The jobber isn’t even introduced. Undertaker chops the Zappa down (thanks Vince for saying his name). Taker hits a belly to back suplex on Zappa a few minutes later and walks around. Undertaker works in his flying clothesline. One tombstone later and it’s over for Zappa at: 2:45. DUD.
King draws on the Magistrater that there’s a genie in the urn who is Papa Shango.
Meanwhile, Gene and Heenan are in a car looking still looking for the Manhatten Center. They talk about yesterday’s Mania and Razor attacking Owen Hart.
---Commercial Break---
2nd Match: Kamala vs. Todd Becker
This was in the midst of Kimchee and Wippleman’s abuse of Kamala and Slick getting upset about it. The match sucks and he covers the jobber the wrong way a few times. He gets the splash and eventually turns him over to the right side for the pin and the win at: 1:39. DUD. Kimchee and Wippleman continue to abuse the Ugandan Giant until Reverand Slick comes out and reprimands them. Kimchee knocks Slick down so Kamala gets pissed and takes out Kimchee as Wippleman runs away.
---Commercial Break---
3rd Match: The Headshrinkers vs. 2 Jobbers
They never mention the name of the jobbers but Samu and jobber 1 start. Samu knocks him down to start and Fatu is tagged in. They double team the jobber in the corner so the other one runs in and gets kicks down. Bald jobber is tossed to the outside by Sama who throws him back inside. Fatu works over jobber in the corner, then The Headshrinkers hits a double clothesline on jobber 2. He gets bodyslammed on the outside by Samu as Fatu slams jobber one inside. They hits a double stroke and Fatu gets the splash from the top for the pin and the win at: 2:44. ¼*.
We go to the event desk and Mooney talks about Headlock on Hunger and then the Royal Rumble. We get promos from Ted Dibiase and Randy Savage.
---Commercial Break---
Bobby and Gene are irrevocably lost and they’re in Times Square. They hype the Rumble some more and Heenan talks more about the Narcissist.
4th Match: Marty Jannetty vs. Repo Man
We’re JIP as Marty makes the big comeback and hits a crossbody, but Repo rolls through it. Repo chokes Jannetty with the top rope and then sends him to the corner. Repo knocks Marty down and gets a series of two counts but Mary keeps kicking out. Repo finally stops with the pinfalls and works Marty over in the corner. The referee scolds Repo for not breaking in the corner and Marty gets a crescent kick for two. Repo recovers first and sends Marty to the corner but a blind charge misses. Marty’s a Rocker a fire and gets a pair of dropkicks and a back spinning elbow catching Repo off the ropes for two. Repo reverses an Irish whip to the corner and Marty tries to flip over Repo but gets caught and hot shot on the top rope. Repo sends Marty to the ropes and backdrops Marty. Marty flips and lands on his feet and gets a crucifix pin for the pin and the win at: 4:00. Seemed pretty good for what I saw. *.
---Commercial Break---
Ray Rougeau has the honor of interviewing the clown plaguing the WWF, and we learn his name is Doink and he has a sling on his arm, due to Crush (though he doesn’t say it in this interview). Doink basically gives a heel interview and sprays water into Rougeau’s face from the flower on his coat.
More Rumble Hype and we get an HBK promo, a Jannetty promo as we don’t know what corner Sherri will be in. We get a run down of performers in the Rumble with a Hacksaw promo (who has won a Rumble).
---Commercial Break---
5th Match: The Steiner Brothers vs. Butch Banks/Rock Werner
Scott and Rock start and Scott spinebusters him right away. He pick him up like a suplex then slams Rock into the ropes and hangs him in the tree of woe. Cutaway to a Steiner promo as Scott hits a Samoan drop from the second rope on Rock. Scott forces Rock to make the tag and Butch comes in. Rick is tagged in and Butch is scared. He bails and comes back in eventually. Rick kills him with a clothesline then drops an elbow. He gets a rear chinlock and then places him on the top rope. He gets an overhead suplex on Butch and Scott is tagged in. He catches him in a tilt-a-whirl slam then Scott almost kills himself with a Frankensteiner. He jumped too early and almost landed flush on his neck. It’s good enough for the pin and the win at: 3:14. ¼*.
Bobby and Gene still look for the Manhatten Center and Gene suspects Bobby doesn’t want Gene to find it since Bobby’s not a part of it. Gene shills the Headlock on Hunger event.
---Commercial Break---
We return, the next day apparently and they have found the Manhatten Center.
Overall All-American Thoughts
The version I have is hacked to bits (most of the WWF related event stuff was cut and it was just match then match then match. The only reason I have it is because it was on the tape of shows that aired the week up to Raw. Really bad episode that was a pain to sit through, even at 40 minutes long.

3) The Headshrinkers vs. 2 Jobbers (1/4*)
