Monday, Monday

Hello All,
I hope you enjoyed your weekend. Mine was very good. I went to my cousin-in-law's suprise 30th birthday then visited an old friend. My fiancee and I stayed out late and had a blast. I didn't update this weekend due to events on Saturday and sheer exhaustion on Sunday (I worked that day then came home and napped). So, to make up for it, I posted 4 older reviews for your reading pleasure! They are: Panic Room, How The Grinch Stole Christmas, Mr. Deeds and Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.

Also, I would be remiss not to mention the latest edition of The Pull List has been posted on my other blog. You can catch it by going to the friends link at the top and it'll be there!

Enjoy your Monday.

Three for Tuesday

I got this latest update out of the way early since today will be a busy day. Too much work at work and too much yardwork to be done at home. Anway, the three reviews posted today are: You've Got Mail, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, and Chicago, which holds the distinction of being the first DVD review I've done.

More Updates

Another three reviews are out of the way. All three of these reviews actually came within a two day span in July which I think is impressive. Now that I work full time I don't have as much time for reviews and it takes me much longer to do them. Anway, here are the three reviews posted today: The Powerpuff GIrls (don't laugh), Phone Booth and Gangs of New York. I also just finished an Ultimate Avengers DVD review that will be posted after I finish with the old material.

4 More Reviews...

Yes, this morning's updates include a 5-DVD set, a 4-DVD set and a single DVD. That's 10 DVD's reviewed for the price of three! What a deal! Anyway, here are today's selections, from least amount of DVD's to the most: Bruce Almighty, Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring Extended Edition and The Beatles Anthology.

By the way, at the time it was written, Lord of the Rings was the longest review I had done both in letters and kilobytes. It has been surpassed by most of the TV season reviews but it was the biggest one for a while. Enjoy!

6 More Reviews Posted

I was off again today and like last week, I was feeling productive. There are another 6 old reviews here including 3 from when I started in March of 2004. The formats have changed through the years so you can view some of my early (and probably not as good) work. Here are the reviews posted for today: The Kids Are Alright, Ultimate Gretzky, Orange County, Just Married, My Big Fat Greek Wedding  and Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.

Again, I don't know if I'll update this weeked but if I have some time I'm sure you'll see 2 or 3 reviews posted. I am currently working on the George Harrison Concert for Bangla Desh DVD and that should be finished shortly (though won't be posted until all the old material dries out!).

Enjoy the weekend.

Saturday Update

It's Saturday and I'm home today so I figured I would throw up another three reviews on the webpage. There are a pair of double-DVD sets and one of the greatest 80's movies of all time. The three reviews up today are: Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Forrest Gump, and The Goonies.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend and Happy Father's Day to any fathers out there!
